Billy

Little Billy is a very playful little boy who also loves a cuddle. He loves playing and will find all sorts of things to play with. He is in care with one of his brothers and they get on brilliantly. In foster care he also has a resident cat and two doggies that he is getting used to. We also have 3 children who are constantly playing with Billy and George.
