About Sue
Despite a rough start to life, little Sue would suit most families and is easily pleased, enthusiastic and polite. Her favourite thing is rides in the car! She also playing fetch/chase etc. She's a super friendly, sweet girl who has moments of puppy-like energy, followed by old lady naps. She is affectionate and always happy to see you, and food orientated so not difficult to train.
Sue was seen living as a stray on a hill in a rural NSW town, for over five weeks. Nobody came to her rescue until the last minute and by then she was already super skinny and dehydrated and not in good shape at all. She was impounded and scheduled for euthanasia so we stepped in to save her.
She made the interstate journey to our rescue in SE Qld and is now in foster care with human children and another large dog who she gets along with great! We have had her socialised with several other dogs and there has never been an issue. This dog is a gift! Our foster says she is an absolute delight and great in any situation.
Adoption details
There is a pre-adoption questionnaire that you can fill out to express your interest in me. Please message my rescue to ask for one. Then we can meet up in a park or at your home to decide if I am the right dog for you! If you have other pets it would be ideal to bring them with you.
My adoption comes with a one week trial to make sure we are the perfect fit for each other and there is a contract for you to sign so you know we are all covered.
