Hey everyone, my name's Calvin and I'm a poundie. Please don’t let my odd looks fool you! I’m an odd mix of Staffy crossed with something with short legs, Corgi or Dachshund or even Bassett.

My foster carer says I'm a smart boy, but I do need some ongoing training as is often the case with us rescue dogs.

This will also help with creating a bond with my new owner. We have also been working on my house training which is coming along but still needs work. I'm super playful but can I get a bit exuberant, so a house with older children would be best. I'm not a fan of balls but do love soft toys!

I get along fine with dogs my own size or bigger than me but can be bossy with smaller pets.

I do love attention, and although I was a bit fretful at first I have leant to be calm when left alone now. I currently sleep inside and am getting better with going to bed and staying there all night.

I will be a wonderful cute companion for my new people forever and ever!
