Coby the Playful

Coby is a young 17 month Male, Beagle who loves attention!

He was very jumpy when we got him over 2 weeks ago and has improved well. We have taught him to sit and stay before putting his food down, such a smart boy. Loves to Chase after a ball but is still working on giving it back to you.

He can be humpy, ususally at night times strangely. Minimizing this habit so he will need someone to continue the guidance. He is super friendly, with people and other dogs but does get excited easily. It seems he relates males to play time and gets really excited as they approach him. He loves chewing his toys (he has also found other things) but doesn't dig or burry them.

He isnt house trained yet. We have been working with him inside the home, so keep him on the lead to get him use to not running around indoors and staying. He no longer tries to push his way inside but given the chance he would love to join you inside.

He would benefit from having a big yard to run around in or a play friend to burn energy together. Currently with a 5yo female boxer x who he is very submissive to as she towers over him

At walk times he will walk better with a harness as opposed to a collar. He is getting better with walks so needs someone who is happy to continue his training. He has not once pee's or poo'd when on walks which is great! He walks much better on a short lead
