About Trix
Beautiful Trix's endearing qualities could fill a book! Endlessly sweet and affectionate, she loves a good tummy rub and long cuddles. Although playful, her energy levels are fairly average, and she's a very good girl when left inside during the day while you're out at work. She has her own bed where she sleeps happily at night.
This lovely young girl is a non-fussy eater, and always gets excited by her Kong filled with treats - or any treat toys really! She has taken well to lead training, and has quickly picked up a range of essential commands including 'sit', 'drop', 'let's go' and 'come'.
We dare you not to fall in love with the wonderful Miss Trix, who truly deserves a loving forever home.
MY IDEAL HOME: ... is with people who treat me as a member of the family, and happily share their home (indoors and out) with me. I would like lots of Kongs and cuddles please, short daily walks, and patient, ongoing training to help me be the very best girl I can be.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm a bit of a sleepyhead - definitely not an early riser! After my walk or a good play session I'm happy to just laze around, preferably close to you as you go about your day.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Children are so great, i love them! A home with older children (8+) would be best I think, as my happy waggy tail can be a bit too much for smaller kids.
MY SUITABILITY TO DOGS AND CATS: I do love dogs, and love meeting new friends on my walks! I'm a bit too enthusiastic with my affections to be suited to a home with small dogs through.
Unfortunately homes with resident cats are not going to be a good fit for me.

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at http://www.maggiesrescue.org/adoption-enquiry/. Please use this link rather than the 'find out more' button on the pet's PetRescue profile.
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
