About Coco
Cocoa is loving and lovable, the ideal lap-dog, who longs to spend every minute of every day (and night) with you.
She is currently very anxious, and needs sympathetic handling. Coco's previous owners had her as an outside dog, but she loves being inside with her family , so house-training is still underway, and you can expect puddles. She is afraid of many things, including doors (especially the pet door ), loud noises, big dogs and thunder, and terrified of being left alone.
She needs a quiet, settled household where she can gain confidence and reassurance .
She gets on well with other small dogs, loves her food and not at all fussy.
She is obedient when given time to work out what you want her to do. She would benefit from Obedience training.
Cocoa walks well on the lead, but is too nervous for walks on the street just yet. She is no trouble in the car.
She loves to chase a Frisbee, and to play at dog-racing in the back yard. She is a good watch-dog, letting you know when someone is around.
If you would like to give Coco a loving home please give her foster carer Pat a call 5495 8332.
Please phone emails are not regularly checked.
Medical notes
Coco has been desexed, micro chipped, vaccinated, heart worm tested and she is on monthly heart worm, worm and flea prevention.
