About Candy
Candy arrived on the 14th of april and is still waiting for her new home. She is not the tiny, thin, hairless and malnourished girl that came in on that day. Probably the friendliest guinea pig currently in rescue, and favourite, candy will only go to a special home. Please organise to meet her if you want an extra special piggie friend. Update 23. 4. 09: candie is a chubby happy piggie ready for her new home!
Update 24. 3. 09: photos taken today show candy's lovely new fur, and her beautiful nature. She loves a good chin scratch :)
Update 11. 3. 09: candy has really come out of her shell since coming to the shelter. She will squeel her lungs out if she thinks she can grab a bit more attention! her hair has come through nicely and soon she'll be a glossy flashy piggie after recovering from severe mite infestations. Poor candy has had a rough start to life. She was found dumped outside someones garden and then got sent to the pound. Candy had a serious mite infestation which left her so itchy she scratched herself until all her hair came out. She has a wonderful personality and will make somebody very happy. *** e-maills are preferred ***
