About Bronnie ~ Mastiff (26/1/16 pending adopt by carer)
Introducing the beautiful, smart, cuddly Bronnie - Bronnie is a 1 year old Mastiff that loves nothing more than being with her people.
Since coming into care Bronnie has been working hard to master skills. She loves her food so is super easy to train. Bronnie she has learnt how to sit, shake, drop and wait for her dinner. She walks on the lead well and enjoys a daily walk. Although she has learnt these with her foster family, she will need for her training to continue so she knows how her new family wants her to behave. But her foster mum says this is the best thing to do with Bronnie as she is such a fast learner and it is exciting when she learns something new and sometimes she does something funny.
Bronnie loves a snuggle and will curl up on the couch for a cuddle and scratch. Since coming to stay with her foster family she has spent time both inside and outside and is happy to spend days outside as long as she can have cuddles at night. She has been living with other dogs and cats and gets along well with them. Her ideal home would be as an only dog because she would get all the cuddles but she could go to a home with another dog with the right introductions.
Bronnie is a large dog and while that just means there is more of her to love, she is not aware of how big she is. She could knock over small children unintentionally so it would be best for her to go to a home without small children but older children who are happy to have cuddles and spend time with her will be fine.
If you think you could provide this beautiful girl with a lifetime supply of cuddles and love, she will do the same.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
