Crosby *On Trial in Her New Home*

*COSBY IS CURRENTLY TRIALING HER NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* Meet Crosby, she’s a super friendly young Staffy who puts 110% enthusiasm into everything she does, from greeting her beloved humans to playing in the yard! She’s looking for a fun-loving forever home who will give her the attention she deserves; will it be with you?

Adorable Crosby is your typical affectionate, human loving English Staffordshire Bull Terrier who thrives on pats and attention! She does get excited especially when she first sees you and tends to jump up so it’s because of this that we wouldn’t recommend her to a home with young children – she’d be better suited to school age children or older with some dog experience. Crosby enjoys playing with her toys and she’s always up for a game of tug-o-war or some rough and tumble with anyone who wants to join in followed by a splash in her doggie pool as she absolutely LOVES water!

Cosby gets along well with other dogs though can be a bit too boisterous for some – she wouldn’t mind sharing her forever home with a like-minded male especially if you’ll be away at work for most of the day. Unfortunately Crosby isn’t good with cats so a cat-free home is the go.

Loveable Crosby sits well on command especially when there are treats involved and being food-orientated it makes it easier for training. She is smart and seems to figure things out quite quickly especially when they benefit her! She is quite strong on a lead though with more practice and perhaps a Halti or harness we’re sure she’d make the perfect walking partner as she loves getting out and about. Crosby’s not licky and only barks for a reason making her a good watchdog.

Crosby has always been an outside dog though given that Staffies are happiest inside with their family and they shed little hair, we’d like to see her having more of an indoor / outdoor lifestyle in her forever home. Secure fencing, bones to chew on and lots of love will make Crosby very happy indeed!
