About Max ~ Samoyed X Puppy (On trial 30/12/15)
Max, 7 month old, Samoyed x Spoodle x Cavalier. Max is a gorgeous boy and very gentle for such a young dog. He is being fostered with a few different dogs, one of them a tiny Chihuahua and Max is never overbearing or rough with him despite the Chihuahua being so much smaller than himself.
Max came from a home near the beach and loves to run on the beach and play in the surf, so a new owner with the same love for the beach would be wonderful, but not required. Max loves his food and chewy treats such as pigs ears and bones, etc.
Max , being a puppy, is still working on his training. He understands basic commands like sit and comes most of the time when called. He is still working on his toilet training, but is getting much better at this all the time.
Max is very playful and has loved the company of other dogs whilst in foster care, so I think a home with a fury friend would be great for him.
Max is in foster care on the NSW Central Coast near Gosford. If you want to know more or want to meet Max please contact Karen by email plumb2a@bigpond.com.au or phone 0411 263 304 after 4 pm weekdays.
Max is not available for adoption interstate.
Max's adoption fee is $500 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
