Hi my name is Jessie I'm a gentle old soul who love to come home with you! I'm a very friendly man and love being around people however I am also quite independent and would much prefer to just lay at your feet rather then be smothered with kisses and cuddles. I really like being around people so much that I can get a little stressed when I am left alone. I would best suit a home where I am not left alone a lot and allowed indoors to spend as much time with my family as I can. I am also happier when I am with another dog. Mentioning other dogs have you met my friend Bobba. Bobba and I came into the shelter together and we have been together for a long time. I would really love it if we could go home together and live out our retirement years together! I may be a old boy but it doesn't slow me down! I absolutely love my daily walks and exploring new areas. When I am left alone it is important that my owners leave me with lots of items to keep me occupied.
