Hi Everyone, meet Jerry. This amazing little guy was rescued from the pound recently and is now looking for a forever family to shower with love.
He is such a sweet, gentle, low maintenance and beautifully well behaved little boy who loves to go for walks and play long games of fetch. Then when all the playing is done he loves nothing more than to snuggle up with his humans.
He is a very social little man and has made great friends with his foster fur brothers and sister (both dog and cats). He also loves, loves, loves to hang out with his human foster brother and sister. However due to his small size he would be best suited to children who know to be gentle with him.
Jerry is an inside/outside dog who sleeps snuggled up in his human's room at night so will need a home that will allow him to continue to do that.

As we rely on our foster carers (who are all volunteers and have families, jobs and pets of their own) to help with adoptions it may take a couple of days to organise for you to meet a dog once you have submitted your adoption application. We appreciate your understanding and patience with us while we work with you to ensure the perfect match for your family.
Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc have a 10 day trial/settling period, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care once a foster home is found and the adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after the trial period there will be no refund made.
**Please note that all paperwork including the Microchip Change of owner form will be handed over after the 10 day trial period.**
Harvey Dog Training supports SHARI and has kindly offered to provide our adopted animals 30% off training/obedience classes. If you are keen to enrol your new puppy/dog please mention this in your email to us!
