About Dani
DANI | Female | 3-6 years old | German Shepherd Mix
Dog Friendly: Yes, submissive dogs preferred.
Child Friendly: Yes
Cat Friendly: Not Tested
Dani was saved by Forgotten Souls Dog Rescue from Hawkesbury Companion Shelters kill list. We don't know what life Dani had before she ended up at the pound or why, all we do know is that we will make sure Dani gets to live out the rest of her life happy and loved - exactly what she deserves.
She is a calm girl, who loves her human interaction. This includes giving her humans, whether kids or adults, big kisses in exchange for belly rubs!
Dani currently lives with an older female Wolfhound and is completely fine, but other dogs who are a bit hyper and in your face Dani takes a lot longer to warm up too. Because of this Dani would better suit a home with a calm submissive dog preferably medium-large size or a no dog home, she will also be seeing a professional trainer for tips to help her understand playtime and other dogs behaviours to help her on her way.
She is currently learning how to walk on lead and to come to her name. After recently having successful cruciate ligament surgery on her rear leg she is taking it easy for the time being but has recovered amazingly fast and well. She can always be found with her favourite toy as seen in the photos and takes it everywhere she goes.
Dani is currently located in Croydon VIC, but transport can be arranged Australia wide.
Her adoption fee is $350. She comes desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, heart worm tested and treated, wormed and flea treated.
