About Lou Lou **On Hold**
***We have been inundated with applications for gorgeous Lou Lou and will not be taking any further interest at this time!
All prospective adopters who have emailed through a questionnaire will be contacted within 48 hours, thank you!***
Lou Lou is as sweet as her pretty face!
She is a gorgeous, people orientated, young dog. She loves to just sit beside you and enjoy your company. She has been in foster with other dogs and teenagers and has enjoyed their company too.
Being a Boarder Collie X, she requires regular engagement but is quiet happy with a play at the park or a trip in the car. Initially she will be too boisterous for a home with small children and is best suited to primary age and up.
Lou Lou is super smart (that's the working dog in her) and has responded well to beginning basic training. She is very food and attention orientated. She would love and excel at obedience/agility classes or being a tradie/work dog. She also has great potential as a therapy or service dog - she's one smart cookie! Lou Lou is roughly the same size as your standard BC but with short legs!
While Lou Lou hasn't been exposed to cats in her foster home, she is fine with (read scared of!) the resident ducks and we have no reason to think she wouldn't be fine after proper introduction to cats!
Lou Lou is developing great manners and is toilet trained, lead trained and getting the hang of recall. Her super soft and silky coat will require seasonal grooming and she loves a bath.
Lou Lou is in care in Millgrove.
Medical notes
Lou Lou goes to her new home desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and flea and worm treated
