About Kasey ~ Dalmatian x Puppy (trial 29/11/15)
Hello!! I’m Kasey. I’m a lovely 11 week old Dalmatian X girl, and I’m on the hunt for my forever home. I’m a very sweet, quiet little girl with a HUGE heart and a thirst for cuddles and affection. I cause no fuss for my carers whatsoever. My sister is a bit of an attention seeker, and I never try to steal the show from her. I’m happy to wait my turn.
I’m currently in care with my sister, Ella. My other siblings (Pickle and Sa-Sa) are being looked after by another carer. You might have seen them around? If not you’ll find them in the ‘Available for Adoption’ photo album.
We’ve had the pleasure of being placed with a foster family that consists of 2 cats and an 8 month old baby, and I get along beautifully with all of them. There was also another 16 week old foster dog in care when Ella and I first got here, but he found the perfect home and is currently living happily ever after. We used to cuddle up to him at night and play with him all day during the day. We just loved him and we were sad to see him go.
I am in need of training, and my carer strongly recommends puppy training classes to give me the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
I’m currently only available for adoption in the Newcastle, lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Central Coast areas, mainly because my adoption fee includes desexing - and this will need to be done at one of our approved vets when I’m 5 months old. Our vets are limited to these areas.
For more information or to meet me, please contact Angela on 0403 053 626 or email angied_83@hotmail.com. I’m in foster care in Raymond Terrace (20 minutes from Port Stephens), NSW and I am not available for adoption interstate.
My adoption fee is $500 and includes vaccinations (1st and 2nd only which have been completed, the 3rd vaccination will be at your cost), treated for fleas and worms and microchipped. As mentioned my fee also includes desexing which will be required at approximately 5 months of age.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
