About Murphy ~ purebred Cocker Spaniel (trial 14/11/15)
Murphy is a 6yo, purebred, male Cocker Spaniel who adores snuggling and going for long walks at sunset. Looking for love in all the wrong places? Well look no further! Please meet our man Murphy. He is just one big hunk of love. He would love to share your bed or even your shower.
Murphy is very well behaved; in fact he is a true gentleman.
Murphy is dog friendly, loves his tug toys and a game of fetch. He aims to please and is always happy to do what you are doing, watching TV or gardening. He has the biggest smile on his face that no one can resist. It must be said that, for a treat, he will love anyone.
He is doggy door and toilet trained as long as he has access to outside.
For more information or to meet Murphy, please contact his foster carer Louise on 0411 956 694or email l.scott2@bigpond.com. Murphy is in foster care in Lake Macquarie, south of Newcastle and is available for adoption interstate.
Murphy's adoption fee is $500 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
