Sam has been at the shelter for almost 7 months and is looking for her forever home. Sam is an affectionate, playful and loyal girl. She is quite active and will need daily walks and a committed owner. She is intelligent and confident. Sam is very obedient and well mannered in general with people but does have some issues with other dogs. Ongoing behavioural work is needed re socialising with other dogs. To quote volunteers "sam is just gorgeous". Sam will need to be the only dog in the household and it is preferable that she be rehomed in a family with older children or an adult household. If you are looking for a loyal and loving dog then sam is the one for you. She is very protective of her owner and will form a very strong bond with them, however an experienced dog owner is required
