About Delilah (Dog and cat Friendly)
Delilah was surrendered to Wally's Doggie Rescue along with a litter of her pups. All of Delilah pups have found homes, and now it's her turn.
Delilah lives in a multi dog household, but her bestfriend is a mini poodle. Delilah doesn't like over active dogs that jump up at her or get in her face and will warn them off if they do so.
Delilah is cautious with new people but will be your shadow once she is comfortable. She absolutely craves human affection and could quite easily spend the day being petted and cuddled if given the opportunity. Delilah is house trained and does like to pull when on a lead. Ideally Delilah would like to sleep all day and have all the attention to herself. Delilah has basic training and is learning what is acceptable and what's not in her foster home.
Requires 6 foot colourbond fencing.
Medical notes
Healthy Adult Dog.
Adoption details
When enquiring about Delilah, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
To kickstart my training, Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 FREE dog training sessions
http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/. So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Delilah.
Wally's Doggie Rescue likes all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they are part of the family. This is particulary so if they are to be an only dog.
Delilah is located on Central Coast, NSW.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
