About Honey (Dog Friendly)
Honey was surrendered to Wally's Doggie Rescue, and taken into foster care with our foster carer Joan in Mosman, Sydney.
Honey is a Wire Haired Terrier X, female of roughly 5 years of age.
Honey is a very loving little girl and would like to be your companion and loves to follow you around the house.
Honey is only small so also can go anywhere with you and Ioves \ going for a walk. Honey is dog friendly and travels well in a car.
Honey's previous owners did not look after me and then left her with a broken front leg, that had to heal by itself. This has left Honey with a limp but does not slow her down or give her any discomfort.
Honey would love to meet her new forever family and give her the chance she so willing deserves.
Honey is in foster with Joan in Mosman and she can tell you all about her.
Honey would suit a retired person or couple who would like a doggie companion.
Medical notes
Honey, has previously broken her front leg which had to heal, by itself as her previous owners, did not take it to the vet. Honey has a limp when she walks but is in no pain. Wally's Doggie Rescue has gotten veterinary advice on Honey's leg and they have said it is to late, to have the leg re set and best to leave it now.
Adoption details
When enquiring about Honey, please give us some indication of the type of home that she would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
To kickstart my training, Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 FREE dog training sessions
http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/. So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Honey.
Wally's Doggie Rescue likes all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they are part of the family. This is particulary so if they are to be an only dog.
Honey is located in foster care in Mosman, Sydney.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
