Stevie *Adoption Pending*

Stevie is a kind and very loving dog. She loves being with you no matter where you are. She still, no matter where you touch her, closes her eyes when being patted as she melts like butter with all humans.

She is learning to understand that men in particular are not scary. At times she will jump when men move quickly around her, however has never been reactive; she will often just run away. Her foster daddy gives her lots of attention and she has come so far with other men. The general rule now is, if she gets a pat she'll love you! She loves a good belly scratch by anyone.

She also loves running in wide open spaces. She is still learning recall but will do it most times. \ She will sit and wait for dinner now, and loves getting positive praise. She knows the word 'no' and becomes scared when it's used, but will not do it again.

She is great with chickens but is untested with cats. Stevie is a dominant girl and is learning to play in general with other dogs. Proper introductions to new doggy friends has good success.

She does seem to be not keen with water - bath times she may look very unhappy but the smooch at the end is always worth it for her.
