Missy

Let us introduce you to Missy, a special girl with a big heart that loves cuddles, toys and lots of love.

Missy is still only a young girl but has already experienced a great deal in life that has not always been positive. She is however a young girl that loves like love is all she has ever known. Missy is active and loves playing ball, going for runs and enjoying outings; she gets on amazingly with all other dogs and loves to play, so she would make an ideal companion to a home with another dog.

She is a total snuggle bug and loves having cuddles and being close to her humans, so would be a match for a home that includes their dogs in household life; she is certainly no outdoor only backyard dog. Missy trains easily, is obedient and is very clean around the house. She is completely house-trained and doesn't chew things unless they are given to her for that reason (no tennis ball is safe I'm afraid). She walks nicely on her lead, travels well in the car and her behaviour in public is so good that complete strangers have commented on it.

Oh, and she loves water and will entertain you for long periods of time, jumping around the hose, in and out of her paddling pool, through a sprinkler and even in the bath during wash time when she shows that she is the best dog in the world to bath!

We haven't been able to test Missy around young children, so at this stage we would like her to go to a home with humans that are teen-aged and above. \ She also needs careful introductions to new comers to her home so that she knows they are nice humans; she is very protective of those that she loves and cares about. We also think she would be best in a home without pocket pets.

If you are looking for an amazing girl to fill your home with love and put a smile on your face everyday then Missy may be your girl. She is special and we are looking for a very special home for her because she deserves it.
