About Zeus (Prof. Obedience Trained/Dog Friendly)
My name is Zeus....I have recently been busted out of the Pound by the kind people at Wally's because they knew there was something special about me. Still just a baby, I'm approx 12mths old and such a sweet loving boy who didn't deserve to be at risk of being PTS.
I'm a large playful, fun loving goofy boy who just loves the company of other dogs all shapes and sizes as well as humans/kids. I'm ever so gentle with children and will do my very best to please you.
Zeus is currently undergoing FORMAL DOG TRAINING at the PetResort in Dural where the dog trainers are trained via National Dog Trainers Federation. Zeus will complete an intense 5 week training session, and learn to be a well behaved and well mannered young man. Zeus will know how to SIT, DROP, STAY, WATCH, FREE, learn RECALL and WALK BESIDE you on a lead. Zeus will be available for adoption after his training is complete.
I love the water, whether it's splashing around in the kids pool, playing in my water bucket or heading to the beach. Car rides are fun too, unless of course we are heading to the vet! I love to run and chase my furry friends around in the backyard or just relax in the sunshine. I'm not overly energetic, but a good run is always fun.
To kickstart my training, Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 free dog training sessions http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/ . So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and me.
I'm not a barker, nor a whingy sooky boy. If I've been asked to stay outside, then I'll just go and find myself a place to rest. I don't mind spending time on my own but it would be awesome if I had another large companion to keep me company and play with.
I'm on a diet of chicken mince, vegies and brown rice with blackhawk kibble and enjoy my meals very much although I do take my time and enjoy every mouthful.
If there are other dogs in the family we require a meet and greet to ensure that they both get along.

When enquiring about Zeus, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
