About Hamish DL1064
Hamish is still a puppy and can be cheeky, so be prepared for puppy mischief! He is very good on a lead and loves a walk. He sleeps like the dead and you have to wake him up most mornings.
Hamish will chase after a toy and mostly bring it back, he likes to play tug o' war with toys with other dogs. Hamish can be timid, any sudden movements can spook him and he can be wary of men.
Hamish is a real smooch loves lots of cuddles and pats, he loves to cuddle up close on the bed and just stares right into your soul with his big brown eyes, he is very inquisitive and learns quickly.
Hamish is good with cats. He will bark if he sees another dog, in the dog park he is nervous at first but starts to play. We feel he will do best with a dog friend at home for company & to be his ears, and best in a home without young kids.
If you'd like to welcome Hamish into your home, please contact us by email to apply.
Medical notes
Hamish is hearing impaired so he will need someone who really understands how to work around this e.g. not coming when he's called, being startled if he is woken suddenly - and will put in the work to continue his training.
