About Lollipop (Small Dog Friendly)
Lollipop certainly lives up to her name, being the sweetest dog around! With stunning good looks and willingness to please, this girl really is the total package. Rescued from Renbury Pound, she's currently in foster care with Wally's Doggie Rescue while she waits to find her forever home.
Lollipop was extremely nervous before coming into care. We do not have any history on her in order to understand why she was so fearful. However, give her some love and time, and she'll come around to show you what a gorgeous dog she is. She will still roll onto her back at times to show her belly (although she does love her belly rubs!) and can be a little skittish at times when stood over.
She is currently in care with another small female Pomeranian, and they get on very well, as well as being happy to meet other dogs out on walks. So far, she has not shown herself to have play drive, and would rather snuggle up on the couch. In fact, she actually will watch TV with you, tilting her head at certain noises and watching the screen! You can see her doing that in the link below:

On the leash, she walks perfectly! She is also crate trained, as well as loving to rest happily on the bed. As she has come out of her shell, she has shown herself to be accepting of strangers, and she will likely continue to gain confidence. However, she does show some fear and growling around children, for reasons unknown. While with some positive training, time, and good experiences, this is likely to change, she will not be adopted to a home with children under 15 years old. Lollipop will need a cat free home as well, as she is choosing to dislike them.
Lollipop will come desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and flea/worm treated. If you feel you can give this Supermodel of the dog world the home she deserves, please send through an application with some information about your living situation!

Adoption details
When enquiring about Lollipop, please give us some indication of the type of home that she would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
To kickstart my training, Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 FREE dog training sessions
http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/. So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Lollipop.
Wally's Doggie Rescue likes all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they are part of the family. This is particulary so if they are to be an only dog.
Lollipop is located on Central Coast in Umina, NSW.
