Are you looking for a chill little dude? Deano is a very low-maintenance boy, who is happy to snooze and laze the day away with you. But the moment you put your runners on, he’s ready to head to the park with you! He’s great on the lead and loves to have a good ol’ sniff outdoors. He likes exploring and giving himself a delicious back scratch on grass.

He may have a few gray hairs on his chin, but this clever cookie picks up new commands quickly. He just wants to please you - his non-stop wagging tail and staffy grin says it all!

Deano would love to be allowed to cuddle up on the bed or sofa (he promises not to snore!), but will respect your boundaries if you tell him. Deano gets on with everyone and with all dogs. He is very patient and non-reactive to overexcited or grumpy dogs harassing him. He gets excited and becomes a playful puppy again with some dogs; and is politely happy to just share a space with others.

Deano is happy enough with food and treats, but loves affection and company even more. Belly rubs and kisses are his favourite! Because of that, we think he would do best with someone home more often than not. He is good at looking for a way out if left home alone (not to run away, he just wants to find company!), so secure fencing is also needed. Once settled and secure, Deano will make himself at home.
