Montana

Montana was in a very sad state when she was rescued.

Monatana was found by a member of the public with a badly broken leg. He took her to the pound. While impounded and with a severely broken leg Montana gave birth to 3 kittens, sadly only one survived. We hared about Montana and her situation and made many phone calls and arrangements. the following morning Montana was prepped for surgery and we moved her remaining kitten to a surrogate mother ( who is doing really well!) Montana had her rear leg amputated.
While recovering she was always affectionate and loving towards people however not overly tolerant towards other animals. As she has healed she has become much more settled and is happy to co exist with 5 other cats in her foster home. She is still not overly keen on the dogs but making huge improvements, even sleeping with the other cats!

Montana LOVES children she will happily watch tv or snuggle in bed with them. She has adapted to her 3 legs very well she can jump on beds and couches she is very clean and always uses her litter tray with out any incidents.

After all she has been through Montana deserves a loving home where she can be an indoor only cat ( or have an outdoor cat run) A long happy life free from any further pain!
