Axel on hold pending adoption.

Axel is a beautifully bred 8 year old German Shepherd. His owner has died and his family is unable to look after him. He is a wonderful dog with people but not good with cats or little dogs.

He has not had much training and so would need an experienced owner who has trained German Shepherds in the past. He would also benefit from attending a specialist German Shepherd Club on a regular basis.

He has had a bit of a sad time since his owner died so we would like him to be in a home where he is treated as part of the family. He must be allowed in the house and we would prefer he go to a home where there is someone home most of the time. We do not want him to be used as a guard dog while the family are out all the time. He deserves better than that.
