Hey there have you met Lexa-Lee!

Lexa is a very sweet little dog who loves pats and cuddles. She would love nothing more then to curl up on the couch with you! Lexa has shown here at the shelter that she is quite unsure when meeting other dogs so due to this she must meet any dogs that you have at home to ensure that they are both comfortable with each other. Even though she may tolerate other dogs she would love nothing more then the be the only dog of her house who receives all the love and attention from her new family. Going to dog parks and doggie beaches isn't on one of Lexa's to do lists so it would be best to make any dog meets a positive one so she can become more and more socialised and well mannered on walks as well.

It is important that when Lexa is left alone that she is left with items to keep her occupied. She loves her toys and food so things like kongs bones soft toys and raw hides are great things to leave her with. Lexa is such a affectionate girl who loves nothing more then being with her human companions.

Lexa loves her walks she really enjoys sniffing and exploring everything so her new owner will need to take her on regular walks. As she also loves her toys daily family fun time would be very beneficial for her. Lexa would make a great addition to the right family. If you're looking for a small affectionate and loving dog who would love to sit on your lap all day then Lexa is perfect for you.
