About Buddy
Hiya everybody, my name's buddy. I was unfortunately surrendered as last of a litter, but now I'm ready to find my furever home!
I'm an interesting mix of kelpie along with something else, there has been much speculation from GSD to labrador, even dingo was thrown around! But it doesn't matter my breeding as I am a beautiful older pup who will suit just about any home situation.
I currently live with two other dogs, a three year old child and two cats. I'm a little bit scared of the cats, but if one runs I will chase so will need some manners taught in this situation.
I also get a bit excited when meeting other dogs, but am learning to sit nicely and wait to say hello, so again training will be a big benefit, even a doggy daycare would help.
I am so calm at home especially when my human sister is outside you would almost forget I'm only nine months old! however I will need a doggy brother or sister to live with as I get lonely, but if I was to be inside with my humans most of the time, this may not be a big thing.
I've only been inside once, but was very well behaved, just sat on the couch besides my mummy and didn't have an accident.
I'm quite a smart pup, and know to sit and wait for my food until I'm told I can eat, but will need work with the rest. Again professional puppy training or obedience classes is highly recommended, and my foster mummy can give you the name of the trainer who supports us.
