Abbey *Adoption Pending *

Abbey is very sweet and tactile girl. She loves attention and cuddles and in her foster home, her previous resource guarding has almost completely disappeared. \ As she is still quite young, she has an exuberance for life and experiences and is keenly attaching herself to any humans that come her way.

Being just 15 to 18 months old, she still has some puppy traits such as digging and chewing, however with good stimulus and daily play / walks this can be kept to a minimum. Although coming along nicely with general socialisation, Abbey will need continued guidance and re-assurance when meeting new dogs, people and especially highly stimulating environments.

Abbey is super smart and already understands much basic obedience: sit, wait for the door, inside / outside / in the car, moderate recall and moderate loose leash walking. Her carer has also been crate training Abbey, which is where she sleeps all night (unlocked).

Abbey and her foster sister Callie often 'work' with her carer in the backyard; obediently staying close and will not run off to explore. \ Do you have a wonderful, structured and loving home for Miss Abbey?
