About Mariah
Its finally Mariah's turn to find her very first home and family. Mariah is a very special little girl who is looking for an equally special home and there is a whole team of us behind her to help her find it.
Mariah like so many of her friends has never experienced the life that so many of our beautiful animals have. This strange new world that Mariah has suddenly found herself in has confused her on many levels so we are looking for a family/individual with no children who are either retired/work from home to help continue teaching Mariah all about humans and how wonderful our world can be.
Mariah must be re-homed with at least one other dog, other dogs are the only thing that make sense to Mariah and she will need to learn all about this new world from them and their confidence. Mariah loves going for walks, she loves travelling in the car and loves food!
We have used Mariah's love of food to help teach her to be calm, to bond with us and to establish trust and in doing this we have been able to show her that us humans may be worth the risk. During her time in care she has learnt all about the joys of sleeping on the couch and in the bedroom, she was amazed to learn that wondrous lands such as back-gardens existed and the first trip to the beach was a momentous trip for all involved.
The busy, bustling city and suburban streets are just a little too much for our little girl to deal with so we are looking for a home in the country for her, a home which will see her flourish rather than stress about all the noise our city can make. Mariah's new family will be amazed at the days where she comes forwards in leaps and bounds and will be patient on those days where she is unsure, believe us this journey will be one of the most special times of your life.
We like to think of Mariah as poetry in motion and we know that she can make the right family, a very happy one. If you think you would like to have a tiny little blonde following you around in the hope for food and love please visit our website www.beaglerescuevic.org
Thank you.
