About PJ
Need to be adopted together.
- Not good with cats.
Hi our names are Max & PJ. Whilst in our senior years we have sadly found ourselves needing a new home.
We both have lovely natures & just yearning for a peaceful, comfortable retirement.
Jan & Linda picked us up today from Keysborough AAPS, who have a senior’s program but sadly we’ve been there for 2 months waiting for a new home, no doubt because we need to go together it has prevented people from wanting to adopt us. Today everybody got together and decided SRV would have a better chance of finding a loving home for us.
Please share our story with as many people as you can because we would really like to be in a loving forever home ASAP.
We had better not go to a home with other dogs because we’re so used to living together we might not want to share our time, we don’t like cats so can’t go to a home with one of those.
PJ is deaf and relies on Max which is one of the reasons they need to stick together, of course the other is that they’ve been together for many years.
They are both fit and even though PJ has a few lumps and bumps he is fine.
Adoption details
If you think you can offer me a forever home please go to
http://www.staffordrescuevictoria.org.au/index.php/adoption-forms-6
and fill out the Adoption Request Form. You will receive an email acknowledgement within 3 days. If you do not receive any further contact after this please do not be discouraged. It just means that a suitable application was received before yours. We encourage you to contact Jan: jan.hutton@optusnet.com.au every week to show you are still interested in adopting. As we will already have your form on file it will fast track the process when a suitable dog does become available.
Adopt one of our dogs and we are there for you for the rest of the dog's life. If you find you and the dog are not suited it is a condition of sale that the dog comes back to Stafford Rescue.
