About Blu ~ Cattle Dog X Kelpie (trial 10/12/15)
Meet stunning Blu, he’s a blue Cattle dog x Kelpie around 2 years old. I took him to the beach the other day and he absolutely loved it. He's a very loyal and obedient dog. He is a very intelligent boy and a great match for an active person or family.
He would defiantly be fine with a family and kids over the age of 5. He is house trained. Blu has a very sweet nature and is naturally obedient, he likes to please. Anything you want to do is fine with him, so long as he can be a part of it. He is a dog that loves company and needs to find a home where there is another dog, or where he has a human that takes him everywhere or is home much of the time.
Blu has been going to my dog group at the park each morning and loves it! He is fine with dogs of all sizes, though dogs closer to his size make the best playmates. He gets along well with female dogs. He's also fine with male dogs so long as they don't try to bully him. He's fine with chickens!
Blu boy loves to play ball. You throw it, he’ll round it up and bring it back. A ball game is something every dog should be entitled to, or so he thinks. He’d love to belong to someone who would take him for a run too, and going for a swim would just be magic! Sometimes he puts his front feet in his water bucket and paddles them around. It’s the closest he can get to a swim until someone takes him to water.
Blu would love to meet you if you think he may be a good addition to your family. If you would like to find out more about him, please call his foster-carer, Jamie by phone 0421 733 548 or email: neohh_@hotmail.com
Blu is located in New Lambton, NSW (Newcastle) and is available for interstate adoption.
Blu's adoption fee is $300 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
