About Roxy ~ kelpie x, (trial 7/11/15)
Roxy, 16 month old Kelpie x is a beautiful natured dog that just loves to be with people. She will greet you with lots of joy when you come home and make you happy after a day at work.
Roxy loves children, other dogs and cats but is not keen on birds.
She is very energetic and loves to play ball.
She's not a nuisance barker. She will bark when excited or if someone comes to door or gate but if you say "no Roxy" she stops. She was a bit timid when we she first came into foster care but she is happy now, like part of the family.
Roxy would make a great family pet for a person or family that enjoys going for walks and outings. She is a clever girl who is eager to please and would enjoy going to dog training classes to exercise her intelligent mind.
For more information or to meet Roxy, please contact Erin by phone 0413 795 300 or email erin.murnane90@gmail.com. Roxy is in foster care in Wyong, NSW (Central Coast) and is available for adoption interstate.
Roxy's adoption fee is $400 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Medical notes
Happy, healthy girl
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
