Teddy ~ Mastiff x ~ puppy (trial 7/11/15?)

Teddy: 12 week old Mastiff cross. Teddy’s happiest day in his short life so far, was the day a lovely lady took him and his four friends out of the pound. The vet says he is a mix of Mastiff, Great Dane and Wolfhound and with his big paws, it is evident that Teddy is going to be a big boy.

Being playful and loving, Teddy (who looks like a tiger cub) is excellent with other dogs and children. He also loves his toys and playing. Teddy is a happy-go-lucky, active and large puppy who would make a perfect companion for a young family, as he loves playing with children. After his release from the pound, Teddy was in a house with an older dog, 4 other puppies and 4 young children, until he showed a fondness for the contents of the chicken coop. However, he had no issue with the pet rabbit.

Although Teddy is good with basic commands such as, sit, bed and stay and learning to walk on a lead, he will need a little more work and attention on toilet training. However, Teddy knows his name and is a very well-behaved boy.

With his smooth coat that can easily be cared for with just a bath and the occasional brushing, Teddy is very low maintenance. Teddy would be happy as an only dog given plenty of love, attention and exercise, but wouldn’t mind sharing the love with other animals in the home.

Recently surrendered (through no fault of his own) to Dog Rescue Mudgee – a Branch of Dog Rescue Newcastle, Teddy is looking for a permanent home.

Teddy is yet to be de-sexed but is vaccinated, free of fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. His adoption fee is $450 and includes his desexing, etc.
