About Ollie
Available for adoption
Ollie 2 1/2 yr old Male Siberian Husky
Ollie is not only a handsome boy but he's also loving and affectionate. He enjoys the company of a canine companion and his humans. He loves a chat, and will sing the song of his people for you.
Ollie attended puppy pre school and has done one term of obedience class. He know the basics. Sit, wait, lay down and shake hands.
Since being in foster care, he sits and waits patiently for his food now untill given the command. He's also well trained in entering the home, the door can be left open and he won't enter unless given the command.
He is toilet trained and can be left inside if necessary. He has never had an accident and all furniture Has always been found in tact.
He is not a chewer or digger but if it's in his yard the temptation to chew something belonging to you .... it's fair game.
If he is well loved then there is no need for him to escape.
He can never be taken of the lead unless in a closed/fenced area.
Ollie has always been with another dog, so he will need to go to a home which already has a dog ! He gets along well with all other dogs. He usually just wants to play. He loves the water, going for runs and playing with toys.
Ollie has grown up with children, he would best suit a family with primary school aged children though as he can be a bit boisterous.
He has been an inside & outside dog, he likes to come in and just lay on the floor inside and hang in the kitchen watching you cook.
No cats or pocket pets.
