Meet Maia! If you haven’t already fallen in love with this gorgeous little girl just from looking at the pictures, you will definitely fall for her gentle and playful nature. On first meeting she can be a little bit shy but what unfolds quite quickly is a personality made from just the right amount of cheeky and the right amount of cute.

Maia is one of eight puppies born to a Shar Pei x Staffy mother which explains her beautiful face and extra little rolls. She has a soft coat which displays a unique pattern, making her even more adorable. Never one to shy away from cuddles and kisses, Maia has so much love to give her hoomans (including children), cats and other dogs.

Maia is a smart little cookie and mastered the ‘sit’, ‘wait’ and ‘come’ commands very quickly. She is now working on her toilet training and is moving ahead in leaps and bounds. Of course, as a baby, she may have accidents from time to time so needs a caring, patient and understanding family.

This little miss enjoys playing with her foster sisters and littler mates and loves to explore the house/yard. She is a good eater and in perfect health (according to her recent vet visit) and is crate-trained.
The ideal home for Maia is one willing to offer a loving environment that will guide her through puppy hood with further training and socialisation. Having grown up around lots of dogs, Maia would prefer a home where she will have lots of companionship and a canine sibling.
