Stringer

Hello there! My name is Stringer and I am a sweet young man who is looking for a loving family to call my very own! I first arrived at the shelter as a stray with an injured jaw and unfortunately I was never reclaimed. After some surgery and plenty of TLC from the staff here in the shelter I have recovered well and I am now ready to adventure out into the world and begin my new life. I am a highly affectionate man with a loving personality who loves nothing but cuddles and head scratches. I can be a little talkative for attention but I also enjoy a good snooze in sun. I have been quite social with other cats in the shelter so I may be suitable to share a household with another feline friend with gradual and supervised introductions of course. I love being groomed and will happily climb into your lap and lay for hours with a nice brush. I would be best suited to be an indoor only cat to ensure I do not wander from my new household and have any more injuries down the track. I am already litter trained and I am very affection and comfortable here in the shelter but my new owners should give me some time to settle at home before I am 100 percent comfortable as I may need some time to adjust to the transition.
