Boots is a gorgeous natured large breed dog looking for a very loving forever home! While he is a big boy (40kg) he has such a gentle and calm disposition.
Boots would be settle into just about any home! He loves children, dogs and is even good with cats. He is currently on acreage with 3 other dogs, a cat and a few horses and ponies with absolutely no issues- he just loves everyone!
He loves to swim in the dam, go for car rides, play tug of war, play tag with other dogs or just spend time with his people relaxing at their feet. Boots is a very submissive dog, and will crawl to other dogs who are a little dominant to let them know he is so threat and he just wants to be friends.

As we rely on our foster carers (who are all volunteers and have families, jobs and pets of their own) to help with adoptions it may take a couple of days to organise for you to meet a dog once you have submitted your adoption application. We appreciate your understanding and patience with us while we work with you to ensure the perfect match for your family.
Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc have a 10 day trial/settling period, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care once a foster home is found and the adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after the trial period there will be no refund made.
**Please note that all paperwork including the Microchip Change of owner form will be handed over after the 10 day trial period.**
Harvey Dog Training supports SHARI and has kindly offered to provide our adopted animals 30% off training/obedience classes. If you are keen to enrol your new puppy/dog please mention this in your email to us!
