About Truffle
Hello there, my name is Truffle. I have been a long-term cat at the Lort Smith. I was surrendered to the Adoption Centre when I was only a young kitten. While I was here the staff noticed my chest felt a bit unusual, I had an inverted sternum. Luckily for me one of the surgeons preformed special surgery to put a pin into my chest to encourage my sternum to correct as I grew. I have been in foster care for about eight months and the vets are now happy with how my sternum has corrected and I have had the pin taken out of my chest. Through out the whole ordeal I have always been a happy, affectionate, purring ball of fur. I get on well with other cats and don't mind those big smelly things the humans call dogs, as long as they're not too boisterous with me. I love getting pats and cuddles from my human slaves. I'm looking for a home where I can live indoors only, receive lots of belly rubs and nutritious food! I really can't wait to find my forever family.
