About kendra
Kendra was surrendered into Wally's care along with her siblings and is currently in foster care with her sister Miley and 4 other host dogs. She gets along well with everyone and enjoys the interaction with adults and children as well as her furry friends.
Kendra is crate trained for night sleeping and will happily wander in there for a snooze during the day if the option is there. She has a beautiful personality and will sit on command. Kendra is also being taught to shake hands when greeting people. Toilet training is in progress and with consistency, should be mastered in no time.
To kickstart her training, Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 FREE dog training sessions http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/. So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Kendra.
We would love to see Kendra find a beautiful home with another doggie companion or with a person/family who will be home alot. Young pup - alone for hours each day = boredom & destruction. Kendra will be a medium to large girl when fully grown and having a working breed in her genes, she will need plenty of excercise and stimulation along with a good sized yard.
Kendra is booked in for desex on 7th October and will be available for adoption from 9th. She will also come microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and flea treated. Kendra is in foster care at Blue Haven NSW and is available for a meet and greet now.
Medical notes
Happy, healthy pup
Adoption details
Please contact Vanessa via email only should you wish to meet Kendra. Email will ensure a faster response. If enquiring about Kendra, please give us some indication of the type of home that she would have with you.
We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog/pup may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
