Bailey ~ Foxy (on trial 19/1/16)

Bailey is a 6-7 year old mini foxy. He is a small boy at roughly 4kgs with all the foxy characteristics. Bailey has a beautiful nature and is great with other small dogs and has not shown any problems with larger dogs when out in the community.

He is currently living with a cat and has shown a tendency to play with the cat on occasion- whether the cat likes it or not!

Bailey is a bit of a runner and will need a very secure yard. He has not shown any evidence of jumping but because of his breed a 6 foot fenced yard is best. Bailey is still working on his recall, he will run off if given the opportunity and will not return until you are close enough to make eye contact, so a lead is necessary for all excursions.

He is a very loving boy who will happily sit with his humans for long stretches and is very generous with his kisses.

Bailey loves all people and would work well with a younger family of active kids but would be just as happy with older people.

Bailey would be fine with other animals but would be just as happy being the centre of attention.

Bailey would be best suited to an older couple or a family with no little kids.

He shouldn't be left alone for long stretches but is fine in the yard for a few hours at a time. He is not a fussy eater and loves all treats, and he is only protective of his food around other dogs. Bailey has been desexed, wormed and vaccinated and would be the perfect addition to a loving home!!
