Chip

Chip is looking for a best friend! He is beautiful when he greets you at the door – so excited that his foster parents are home that his whole bottom wags off! At the off lead park Chip mostly remains beside you, but given any opportunity he loves to receive pats, from anyone! He is good on the lead and enjoys sniffing everything.

We are not sure of Chip’s past but he came to us very timid and underweight but everyday he becomes more trusting as he realises the world can be a happy place. When things do become a bit much for him Chip will just walk away and find somewhere quiet to sit.

Chip is great with children. \ He enjoys playing drs and nurses with a four year old – he is very happy to be a compliant patient!

He is very polite when meeting other dogs, wags his tail and gently sniffs. If other dogs are boisterous it doesn’t faze him, but he would probably prefer the company of gentle dogs, or would do well as an only dog as he just adores people.

Chip is adjusting well to the suburban lifestyle and after he has had his walk, he is happy to just snooze on the couch the rest of the day! If you are wanting a loving, loyal companion who is happy just to be with you, then Chip is waiting to meet you.
