Regina ~ Bulldog (On Trial 25/12/15)

Meet Regina (Reggie) - 7 year old British Bulldog who craves human companionship.

You cannot help but love this gorgeous face!!! If you are looking for a beautiful girl to share your days with, look no further!

Reggie is not your average dog as she doesn’t really like going for walks, so if your home a lot and want company, Reggie is for you. She does love car rides and baths (any water really!). Like most dogs however, she enjoys nothing more than chewing on a bone in the sun. She also enjoys being out in the yard with you and is always either at your feet or sunning herself in the garden somewhere. Ultimately, Reggie just wants to be part of your family!

She would suit being an ‘only pet’ as she has not had much to do with other dogs and shows no interest. She just loves people and always gets very excited meeting new them.

While she likes playing with a ball or toys for short bursts she is not a dainty or gentle dog so would not suit small children. Children in the household would need to be 10 or over.

She is in excellent health but like all British Bulldogs, doesn’t handle the heat very well – so would need a cool place in the summer. Loves the hose on a hot day too!

She loves her food and is very food motivated but she does snores like a freight train which can take some getting used to if sleeping close by.

She will make someone a loyal companion and would suit someone retired or working part time as she does struggle with loneliness.

Reggie is located in the Hamilton (Necastle) and only available for adoption in the local area (Hunter Region).

Reggie's adoption fee is $300 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
