About Ruby
Ruby is a very loyal girl and since being in care with me has become my shadow. She hasn't had a very good start to life and as such will need a specific home that will best suit her needs. She will need a quiet home with older children and would do well as an only dog as she loves lots of attention. She is in care with other dogs at the moment and is coping well but she would certainly be fine as the only dog getting all the attention. She would be better without cats as she has been known to chase my cats. Ideally she would suit a retired couple who spend a lot of time at home as she wouldn't cope well with being left alone all day while her family is out. She needs to be indoors and part of her family not left outside in the backyard. It has taken her a few weeks to become comfortable in our home so she will need time to get to know and become totally comfortable with her new family, so please don't expect instant perfection, although I think shes pretty perfect :) Ruby doesn't yet walk well on a lead, she is still learning and will improve with time, so she will need a family with lots of love and patience but she will reward you will lots of love and loyality.
Medical notes
Ruby currently has ear infections that are being treated with ear drops. It has begun to clear up but she may still need ear drops for several weeks until the infection is completely gone.
