Lucy is a gorgeous sweet natured girl that gets lots of comments when we are out. She is very eager to please and loves affection, she likes to be part of what you are doing she is a very sweet natured dog who loves affection, praise and cuddles, but is not overly needy either.
Lucy is currently living with 3 cats 1 of which she has learnt to get on with very well the other 2 are not fond of dogs although she would love to be friends with them.
Lucy loves other dogs and ideally is suited to a home where she can have a companion to keep her company if you are out. Lucy is left inside when with our dog when we go out and is happy to sleep or chew on a rawhide.
Lucy loves going walks and is learning to heel, I don’t believe Lucy has been trained at all and would benefit greatly from some further training. Lucy is a quick learner and loves to make you happy so training won’t be too hard.
She has moderate energy levels. Lucy is a relaxed and placid girl who enjoys a playful romp. Like most young dogs, Lucy does blossom with mental and physical stimulation. She has learn t to play ball and is getting good at fetching.
Lucy is friendly with strangers (including kids) but will bond closely with her owner.
We would like Lucy to go to a home where she is allowed to sleep inside and where she is included as part of the "family" and a she would be ideally suited to a home with another dog and she would be great with a cat that is not intimidated by dogs.
She would be suitable for many different types of households, from being the devoted companion to a single person who is active and would like to train her more, or part of a bustling home with kids to play with her.
