Daisey is a beautiful girl with so much love to give her new family!
Daisey is very social with other dogs and is also suitable with children of all ages. She currently lives with two young girls under the age of 9 and she loves to play with them in the backyard. Daisey is great in the car and is coming along well with basic obedience.

Completing this application form does not place you under any obligation to adopt.
Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc have a 10 day trial/settling period, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care once a foster home is found and the adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after the trial period there will be no refund made.
**Please note that all paperwork including the Microchip Change of owner form will be handed over after the 10 day trial period.**
