Stretch

Hi everyone my name is Stretch I'm a cool young dude looking for my new home! I found myself in the shelter as my previous owners could no longer care for me. I'm a sweet boy who would make a great addition to the right family. I'm a very affectionate boy and I do love pats. Being such a big and young boy it would be highly beneficial for me if my new owners did some obedience training with me. I have responded well to positive reinforcement training here at the shelter did you know that I can already sit?! I have shown here at the shelter that I like other dogs so if you have another dog at home please bring them in to ensure that we both get along. I am a really friendly boy however I can be a little unsure when first meeting people sometimes. Due to this I must meet all the members of my family before going home to ensure that we are all comfortable with each other. I will need a daily walk to burn off all my energy I love sniffing and exploring everything! Trips to the local dog park would also be a great way to burn my energy and keep me well socialized. When I am left alone it is important that I am left with items to keep me occupied. I absolutely love my food so things like raw bones kongs and long lasting treats are great things to leave me with.
