Annastacia *On Trial in Her New Home*

*ANNA IS CURRENTLY TRIALING HER NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* \ Are you looking for an instant doggie family without going through the “puppy stage”? Then you can’t go past these gorgeous girls! Annastacia and Molly are adorable little best friends who have never been apart; you can tell they’ve been loved and well looked after which is why the decision to rehouse them has been so difficult for their owners to make but we have promised to find them a loving home where they can be together forever; will it be with you?

Annastacia or “Anna” as she’s affectionately known is the more playful one of the pair and loves doggie toys. She usually instigates play with her bestie or with anyone else who’s keen to join in. She enjoys cuddles and attention and is happy to curl up beside you on the couch. Anna is more adventurous than Molly and likes to explore her carers yard.

Anna and Molly adore each other and are never too far apart. They are energetic little dogs but not full on and they’re not overly licky or in your face though they do make good watchdogs when someone comes to the door. The girls are usually good when meeting other friendly dogs and they’re fantastic around cats and even pet birds, though they're better around older school age children as toddlers can be too much for these sweet petals. Being Maltese/ Shih Tzu’s they doesn’t lose any hair though they’ll require a good brush once a week and a professional clip a few times a year to keep their coats in tip-top condition.

Anna and Molly will sit for treats or dance on their hind legs for you if they’re really happy! They do jump up when they’re excited and first see you but soon settle and just like to hang around or entertain themselves. Although they’ve always been indoor dogs the girls may need some help with their toilet-training in their forever home as they’ve had a few accidents in foster care while learning the household routine but perhaps a doggie door may help with this?

We would love to honour our promise to find Anna and Molly a home together where they can enjoy an inside / outside lifestyle (They sleep on their foster carers bed at night!) and be part of the households goings on. Secure fences, daily walks or runs around the backyard and toys to play with will make these lovely little dogs very happy indeed!!
