Peppa ~ Mastiff x ~ Puppy (On Trial 26/9/15)

Peppa is a beautiful 5 month old Mastiff x. She is a happy, playful and inquisitive puppy who loves to be near you. She can be a little timid around people she doesn't know.

She is currently living with a Boxer x and a Maltese and gets along well with both of them. The Maltese can be bossy towards her, but Peppa is not fazed by it, she has a beautiful nature.

She is responding really well to training. She has learnt to sit and I am working on a few other basic commands. She has a tendency to jump up on you when she is excited, but I am working hard with her to get that sorted. She would benefit by going to puppy classes for socialisation and help with further training.

Peppa would be best suited to a family who have another dog, because she becomes anxious if left alone.

Even though she has shown no signs of trying to jump our fences, I think because of her size she would require a yard with high fencing.

Peppa sleeps inside and is going very well with her toilet training, having only a couple of accidents so far.

Her diet consists of vegetables, mince and good quality puppy biscuits, but has not turned down anything that is offered to her.

Her previous foster carer advised that she is great with children.

She is a gorgeous puppy who would make her new family very happy!
